Area Man Charged in Burglary at Southbury Business

An Oxford man has been charged with burglarizing a Southbury business earlier this month.
According to police, Kristopher Dailey, 32, of Oxford, was charged with third-degree burglary, possession of burglar’s tools, second-degree criminal mischief and third-degree larceny on March 20 in connection with a burglary at Classic Coach, 1139 Southford Road in Southbury, on March 3.
Police said several vehicles were broken into in the parking lot of Classic Coach Works, on Mar. 3 at approximately 11 p.m. Several tools were taken from one of the vehicles and other vehicles had their windows broken out. Security camera footage captured Dailey's vehicle at the scene, according to police.

Dailey was held on $50,000 court-set bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 21.
