Artists, Authors Gather in Soutbury This Weekend

• Local authour Georgia Sheron will sign copies of her book and New England artist David Merrill will share his painting of the Ludorf Barn at this special event coordinated by The Southbury Historical Society.

• The 2013 Orange Firemen's Carnival is four days of fun beginning Thursday and lasting through the weekend. With fireworks Friday and Saturday night and plenty of food and games to go around, this one will be a hit!
