Southbury First Selectman Unveils His Election Slate
Edelson, a Democrat, seeks his third term as First Selectman and has no Republican challenger as of now.

First Selectman Ed Edelson on Wednesday called his team well-qualified and said he is anxious to work with them for the benefit of the community, according to the Republican-American.
Edelson, 66, who is running for a third term, will be accompanied on the ticket for Board of Selectmen by running-mate and incumbent Donna Pereira, Justin Bette, vice chairman of the Board of Finance, and Mike Rosen, a member of the Parks and Recreation Commission, the Rep-Am reported.
No other Republican candidates have come forward to run against Edelson for first selectman or the board, according to the Rep-Am.
