Food Drive at RMS to Benefit Southbury Food Bank
Food drive will take place at Rochambeau Middle School on March 9.
Pomperaug lacrosse players and their families will be hosting the 3rd Annual Food Drive to Help the Southbury Food Bank.
The food drive will occur at Rochambeau Middle School on Saturday, March 9 between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m.
Below is a list of items that are needed most, according to the food bank:

- Canned Fruit (all)
- Boxed & Canned Potatoes
- Peas, Chickpeas (Garbanzo Beans) and Cannellini Beans
- Beef Soups & Beef Stew
- Broth (Beef & Chicken)
- Chowders
- Canned Meat (All)
- Cereal
- Canned Pasta (Spaghettios/Ravioli)
- Pasta Sauce
- Peanut Butter & Jelly
- Personal Care items: Shampoo, Toothpaste, Toothbrushes, Deodorant, Feminine Products, Shaving Cream, Razors and Hairbrushes
