Fugitive in Heavily Tinted Car Arrested in Southbury: Report

SOUTHBURY, CT — A man with a warrant for his arrest was arrested on shoplifting charges after a traffic stop on Main Street Saturday, reports the Republican-American. Jose Johann Roche, 30, of Waterbury and his passenger Elizabeth Drummond, 31, of Waterbury are accused of stealing various items from Victoria's Secret on South Main Street.

Police say surveillance video also shows Drummond taking two bottles of Grey Goose Vodka from Lake Wine & Spirits on Main Street. Roche also had an outstanding warrant for his arrest from police in Pennsylvania.

The two were stopped in a Honda Civic with heavily tinted windows that police say had a license plate belonging to a white BMW.
