Man Charged in Heritage Village Burglary, Thousands Stolen From AT&T
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Timothy Byrne, 27, of Newtown, was charged by warrant with second-degree burglary and criminal attempt at sixth-degree larceny on Nov. 25 at approximately 9:00 p.m.
According to police, Byrne was charged after the investigation of a burglary in Heritage Village on the night of Nov. 23.
Byrne was held on $250,000 bond and was scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on Nov. 26.

Over $1,200 worth of cell phone accessories were reported stolen from AT&T in the Southbury Plaza on Nov. 21 at approximately 1 p.m. Southbury police are investigating this incident.
