Man Charged With Assault After Southbury Green Incident
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Charles Murphy, 30, of West Haven, was charged with third-degree assault and breach of peace on April 11 at approximately 4 p.m.
According to police, Murphy was arrested by warrant for an incident that occurred at the Southbury Green Plaza on February 17 at approximately 7:27 p.m.
Murphy was released on $2,500 bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on April 24.
