Man Charged With DUI in Southbury
The following arrest information was supplied by the Southbury Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
Michael Patterson, 57, of Beacon Falls, was charged with DUI and failure to drive to the right on April 6 at approximately 1:28 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Strongtown Road in Southbury.
Patterson was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on April 17.
