Marjorie Jane Seyffert, 93, of Southbury
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church on April 15.

Marjorie Seyffert died peacefully, surrounded by her children, on Saturday, April 6, 2013.
Marjorie was a daughter of Loren B. and Helen Marie (Beckwith) Jackson. Born in Chicago on May 16, 1919, she enjoyed a long and full life. Marjorie lived in St. Petersburg Beach, FL, from 1957 to 1994, when she moved to Connecticut to live with her daughter and son-in-law. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church in Southbury.
She is survived by her son, Ronald G. Seyffert and his wife Audrey of Franklin MA, her daughter Shari S. Muller and her husband Kimbley of Houston TX, and her daughter Dorne S. Dietsch and her husband Charles of Southbury.

Marjorie was the proud grandmother of six much loved grandchildren and she was also blessed to have 13 great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 40 years, R. Gordon Seyffert, her sister Edith M. O’Connor, and by her granddaughter, Angela. She will be greatly missed by her extended family which includes numerous nieces and nephews and grand-nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at Sacred Heart Church, 910 Main Street South, Southbury, on Monday, April 15 at 11 a.m. There are no calling hours. Burial will be private. Carpino Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. In lieu of flowers, the family respectfully requests donations in Marjorie’s memory to:
