Joseph Sullivan, 27, of Bethlehem, was charged with DUI, failure to renew registration, operating a vehicle under suspension and failure to drive in the established lane on May 11 at approximately 10:40 p.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Southford Road in Southbury.
Sullivan was released on $2,500 non-surety bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on May 29.

Marek Jedrzejewski, 49, of Woodbury, was charged with DUI and failure to drive to the right on May 12 at approximately 1:30 a.m. after police observed him driving erratically on Southford Road in Southbury.
Jedrzejewski was released on bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on May 22.
