Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments To Host Virtual Check-In On Regional Planning Efforts

SOUTHBURY, CT — The Naugatuck Valley Council of Governments will hold a virtual public check-in on Tuesday, July 29, to update residents on its ongoing work on the Naugatuck Valley Regional Plan of Conservation and Development.

The session, which runs from 11:30 a.m. to noon, marks the first in a series of community check-ins to be held throughout the planning process. The regional plan outlines a long-term vision for the area and will serve as a guiding document for the next decade, focusing on goals and strategies that aim to support sustainable communities and enhance quality of life across the Naugatuck Valley.

The virtual event will include a status update on the plan, details about current planning efforts, and an opportunity for attendees to ask questions.
