The following property transfer was recorded by the Southbury Town Clerk's Office.

The David Daniel Trust Agreement transferred the property at 336B Heritage Village in Southbury to Alice Hoxie for 170,000. The conveyance tax was $1,275.

James Coffin transferred the property at 313A Heritage Village in Southbury to Bette Shand for $62,250. The conveyance tax was $466.
