Opposite Side of Highway, Same Minor Delays in Southbury

For the second consecutive day traffic is slowed on I-84 in the area of exit 13 in Southbury.

This time, backups are beginning on the eastbound side of I-84, as road crews have begun setting up a work zone and closed the left lane of the highway, reducing traffic to one lane.

Yesterday, crews were working on the westbound side of I-84, doing work on the underside of a bridge and closing the right and emergency lane, causing slight traffic delays.
