Several Out of State Men Arrested in Southbury

Paul Holstrom, 68, of Las Vegas, NV, was arrested on a fugitive charge for an extraditable warrant out of Texas on June 12 at approximately 11:16 a.m. after a traffic stop on Interstate 84 east in Southbury.

Marquis Simmons, 31, of Saint Louis, MO, was charged with failure to respond on June 13 at approximately 7:30 p.m. after police received a call of a suspicious party in Southbury.
