Southbury Man Charged With Heroin Possession
Naugatuck police say the man also had syringes and marijuana in his car.

A Southbury man was arrested after police said they found heroin, syringes and marijuana in his car during a motor vehicle investigation Tuesday on North Main Street in Naugatuck.
Erik Martin, 23, of 62 Lower Fish Rock Road, Southbury, was found in possession of .06 ounces of heroin, 1.1 ounces and marijuana and two syringes during the stop at 7:06 p.m., police say. He was charged with possession of narcotics, possession of less than four ounces or marijuana and use of drug paraphernalia.
He was released on a $10,000 non-surety bond to be arraigned Nov. 14 at Waterbury Superior Court.
