Southbury Parks & Rec Accepting Ballantine Park Pavilion Rentals For 2025

Southbury Parks and Recreation is now accepting rental applications from Southbury residents, organizations, and businesses for the Ballantine Park Pavilion 2025 Rental Season. Non-residents and out-of-town organizations and businesses may apply beginning Monday, March 10, 2025. Rentals are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The pavilion at Ballantine Park on Old Field Road is open to rent for a variety of events – please see application for dates. The open air facility includes picnic seating for 120 guests, parking for 30 vehicles, an interior kitchen containing a freezer, refrigerator, oven, gas burners, griddle, sink, restrooms, and handicapped accessible bathroom. For an additional cost, we also offer a five foot propane grill and pool passes at the resident rates.
