Certified Compassionate Bereavement Care (CBC) counselor, Dianne Slater, will guide a conversation around grief and healing. In her own words, Dianne shares her experience: “In 2019, I lost my beloved son, Jason. My journey since then has led me to an unexpected calling; one that compelled me to extend my hand and heart to others, refusing to avert my gaze.” Her program explores the “tumultuous seas of grief and healing” and seeks “meaning and purpose in the face of unspeakable loss.”
The program is free and will take place at Southbury Parks and Recreation, 561 Main Street South from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm.
