Please join us in welcoming Southbury’s first Deputy Chief of Police, Steven Cifone. Deputy Chief Cifone brings fourteen years of law enforcement experience to Southbury, most recently serving with the Southington Police Department as lieutenant. The deputy police chief position was created to meet the needs of Southbury’s December 1st transition from the current Resident Trooper Program to our own independent police department.
