Southbury Voters Settle Independent Police Department Question
The results are in on a ballot question regarding whether the town should have its own police department.

SOUTHBURY, CT — Southbury voters overwhelmingly approved a measure to establish an independent police department, according to numbers from the town.
Voters headed to the polls on Tuesday to weigh in on municipal elections.
The ballot question was as follows:
