The Bernadettes play familiar toe tapping sounds of Motown, the infectious dance grooves of Memphis soul shooters such Wilson Pickett, the smooth sophisticated sounds of Earth, Wind, & Fire, the hard driving funk rock of Sly and the Family Stone.

"Sirius Coyote" Concert at the Gate House Café

"Sirius Coyote" perform on over thirty different ancient and modern instruments of the Americas from their impressive display, some of them hand crafted by the musicians themselves.

Tractor Mac at the Farmer’s Market

Local children’s author Billy Steers and his title character, Tractor Mac, will be visiting Southbury. The entire series of Tractor Mac books will be available for purchase and can be personalized with an autograph. Tractor Mac will be available for pictures.

Art in the Afternoon Summer Series

Learn to paint like Pablo Picasso and master cubism with an art session at the Southbury Public Library on Monday, July 22 at 3 p.m.
