Volunteers Sought for Woodbury Earth Day 2016

The Pomperaug River Watershed Coalition is seeking volunteers for Woodbury Earth Day 2016.

"We still need a few volunteers to help in the areas of vendor registration (data entry), marketing (social media, press, graphic design), sponsorship coordination, and volunteer coordination for the day of the event," organizers stated on the Woodbury Earth Day website.

The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, April 23, at Hollow Park on Hollow Road. Earth Day festivities will take place rain or shine.
