Nov. 25

Alexander Rossy, 30, of Cliff Street, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, and third-degree larceny at 10:03 a.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 25.

Nov. 26

McKenzie August Evoy, 21, of Burwell Avenue, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane at 7:57 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 10.

Nov. 27

Jacob Owen Stedman, 27, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.

Kristin Elizabeth Litwinczyk, 31, of Tunxis Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to comply with state traffic regulations at 12:09 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 11.

Nov. 29

Christopher M. Salvetti, 39, of Root Avenue, Bristol, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, and improper turns at 3:22 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 12.

Austin Christian Raymond-Tricka, 26, of Woodruff Street, Southington, was charged with sixth-degree larceny at 6:10 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 12.

Christopher James Emanuel, 35, of Lakeview Drive, Southington, was charged with second-degree breach of peace at 2:24 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 12.

Aguilar Junior Zhizhpon, 30, of Lynn Road, Bristol, was charged with disobeying the signal of an officer, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs, operating a motor vehicle without a license, and infering with a police officer/resisting arrest at 4:55 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 12.

Philip Abel, 33, of Park Avenue, Lowell, Mass., was charged with first-degree larceny, conspiracy to commit first-degree larceny, first-degree identity theft, conspiracy to commit first-degree identity theft, first-degree computer crime, and conspiracy to commit first-degree computer crime at 12:45 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 3.

Amanda Cyr, 38, of Ellis Street, New Britain, was charged with operating an unregistered motor vehicle, improper use of marker/license/registration plates, illegal operation of a motor vehicle under suspension, reckless driving, engaging police in pursuit, evading responsibility of injury/propery damage, failure to insure a private motor vehicle, conspiracy to commit fifth-degree larceny, fifth-degree larceny, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and first-degree reckless endangerment at 10:12 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 4.

Steven Dale Perales-Coburn, 58, of West Rampart Drive, San Antonio, Texas, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs at 9:20 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 5.

Pauline Miranda Oliver, 36, of Salem Street, New Haven, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny at 1:10 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 18.

Hugo Leonel Mariera-Esquilin, 36, of Shuttle Meadow Avenue, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, third-degree larceny (three counts), conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and sixth-degree larceny at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 4.

William Lamont Fisher, 42, of Blueridge Drive, Waterbury, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault at 3:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 5.

Tristain James Mangiafico, 23, of Seles Road, Ashford, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, illegal sexual contact of a victim under 16, sexual assault of a victim aged 13-15, first-degree failure to appear in court, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:54 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 8.

Joseph Vigo, 33, of Frederick Street, Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (two counts), sixth-degree larceny (two counts), use of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:26 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 9.

Gilberto Morales-Alicea, 64, of Madison Street, Hartford, was charged with two counts of conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny at 2:06 p.m. He will appear in court Dec. 22.
