McKenzie August Evoy, 21, of Burwell Avenue, Southington, was charged with evading responsibility of injury/property damage and failure to drive in the proper lane at 7:57 p.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 10.
Nov. 27
Jacob Owen Stedman, 27, of Eden Avenue, Southington, was charged with disorderly conduct, second-degree threatening, and second-degree unlawful restraint at 6 p.m. He was to appear in court Nov. 28.
Kristin Elizabeth Litwinczyk, 31, of Tunxis Road, Bristol, was charged with illegal operation of a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/drugs and failure to comply with state traffic regulations at 12:09 a.m. She was to appear in court Dec. 11.

Pauline Miranda Oliver, 36, of Salem Street, New Haven, was charged with two counts of fifth-degree larceny at 1:10 p.m. She will appear in court Dec. 18.
Hugo Leonel Mariera-Esquilin, 36, of Shuttle Meadow Avenue, New Britain, was charged with fourth-degree larceny, third-degree larceny (three counts), conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny, and sixth-degree larceny at 9:50 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 4.
William Lamont Fisher, 42, of Blueridge Drive, Waterbury, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault at 3:15 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 5.

Tristain James Mangiafico, 23, of Seles Road, Ashford, was charged with possession of narcotics with intent to sell, illegal sexual contact of a victim under 16, sexual assault of a victim aged 13-15, first-degree failure to appear in court, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:54 a.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 8.

Joseph Vigo, 33, of Frederick Street, Bristol, was charged with conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny (two counts), sixth-degree larceny (two counts), use of drug paraphernalia, criminal impersonation, interfering with a police officer/resisting arrest, and second-degree failure to appear in court at 2:26 p.m. He was to appear in court Dec. 9.
