BREAKING NEWS: Stamford Bicyclist Struck by Car
The accident occurred at intersection of North State and Elm streets.
Stamford Police and Emergency Medical Services are at the scene of an accident involving a bicyclist Thursday morning.
The cyclist was struck by a car at the end of the ramp of southbound Exit 8 of I-95 at the intersection of North State and Elm Streets.
At least two lanes of traffic are closed.
