
Enjoy the peaceful and rejuvenating energy of this 60-minute class, accessible to all levels and abilities, as you relax your body and mind, strengthen muscles and joints, and increase vitality. We’ll start with about 45 minutes of chair yoga, including breath-work, followed by 10 minutes of gentle standing flow (with chair only option available) to improve mind-body coordination and balance. We’ll finish with a guided relaxation.
Mondays 4:45-5:45pm. $25
Zoom attendance can be arranged as well.
