The man said he was trying to warn the other motorist of a flat tire while following the victim from Norwalk to Stamford.

NORWALK, CT — Police charged a Norwalk man after he allegedly displayed a gun to a driver as he followed the motorist from Norwalk Community College to Stamford, reports the Stamford Advocate. Daquan Skeeter, 23, allegedly followed the victim to Connecticut Avenue, where he pulled in front of the victim and displayed a silver handgun.

At one point, Skeeter got out of his car and knocked on the driver's car with the weapon in hand while stopped at a traffic light. The victim then got on I-95 and found a state trooper.

Once he was found by police, Skeeter said he was trying to warn the victim of a flat tire, and he wanted to warn the victim that people were breaking into Audis, which he had seen on Snapchat.
