Northeast Sports Card Expo Returns To Stamford: Here Are The Details

The two-day family-friendly event is being billed as CT's biggest card show.

STAMFORD, CT — The Northeast Sports Card Expo, which is being billed as Connecticut's biggest card show, will return to Stamford on Sept. 13 and Sept. 14 at Chelsea Piers Athletic Club.

The event will run on Sept. 13 from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., and until 4 p.m. on Sept. 14. Early entry is at 9 a.m. each day.

The two-day family-friendly show will offer sports and non-sports cards, memorabilia, collectibles, and much more.

There will be celebrity autograph signings with various sports legends, with paid admission, as well as card grading by Beckett and authentication by JSA.

Additionally, there will be prize raffles, mascot appearances and live event hosts Colin Cosell, public address announcer for the New York Mets, Adam Hamway, public address announcer for the New Jersey Devils.

Celebrity autograph guest appearances will include:

  • Brian Myers: Three-time TNA World Tag Team Champion
  • Emily Bauer: Voice actor for 30+ Pokémon/Yu-Gi-Oh! characters
  • Bobby Valentine: Legendary MLB manager and player (proceeds benefit charity)
  • Shane Spencer: Two-time World Series champion with the New York Yankees
  • Stuart Zagnit: Voice actor, best known as Professor Oak in Pokémon
  • Donovan Dijak: Pro wrestling champ and former WWE star (free autograph)
  • Bear Bronson: Pro wrestler and former AEW star (free autograph)
  • Parker Porter: UFC Heavyweight champ (free autograph)
  • Kara Wolters: WNBA champion, NCAA champion, and Olympic gold medalist (free autograph)
  • John "Iceman" Scully: Former world-ranked professional light heavyweight champion (free autograph)
  • Amber Bretton: College softball star (free autograph)
  • Sophia Gibson: College basketball star (free autograph)

Trade Night, hosted by SkyBox Collectibles, will take place on Sept. 13, from 5:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. on the mezzanine level of Chelsea Piers.

The special event will offer attendees the chance to enjoy free pizza, participate in raffle prizes and live card breaks, and connect with fellow collectors.

Trade Night is free and open to all Northeast Sports Card Expo attendees.

There will be free on-site parking over the course of the two-day event.

General admission is $15 per day, with early entry costing $20 per day. Kids under age 12 can enter the event free of charge.

The first 200 attendees each day will receive a free commemorative show poster designed by Connecticut artist Eric Panke.
