Obituary: Francesco Tallo, 88, of Stamford
Francesco worked many years for the City of Stamford, was a successful business owner and talented chef.
STAMFORD, CT - (From Cody-White Funeral Home) Francesco Tallo, 88, of Stamford, passed away peacefully on March 21, 2022.
Born on November 6, 1933 in Pizzo Calabria, Italy, he was the son of the late Guiseppe and Maria Tallo.
Upon coming to America, Francesco worked in restaurants as a chef until he began working for the City of Stamford. Within years he started his own rotor rooter business and worked until his retirement.
Francesco is survived by his children, Marie (Fernando) Tartaglia, Anna (Anthony) Gambaro, and Joseph (Rose) Tallo; grandchildren, Tina, Francesco, Frank, James, Anthony, Tyler, and Christian; great grandchildren, Christopher, Matthew, Aiden, Vinny, Mason, Landon, Olivia, Christina, Avery & Virginia; two brothers; and extended family and friends.
He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother & friend who will truly be missed.
