Stamford High Students Accused of Sex Assault by Classmate
The assault reportedly took place in a locked school bathroom.

STAMFORD, CT - A claim of sexual assault at the hands of two classmates reportedly is the basis for a lawsuit filed by a Stamford High School student.
In a lawsuit filed in state Superior Court in Stamford last month, the 16-year-old student accused two classmates — a boy and a girl — of forcing him into a bathroom that they locked before pinning him to the floor, removing his trousers and assaulting him, according to The Advocate.
The assault allegedly occurred in February 2014.
The suit that also names former Superintendent Winifred Hamilton, former Stamford High Principal Donna Valentine and former Stamford High Assistant Principal Angela Thomas-Graves as defendants who are accused of failing to notify the boy's parents about the incident, according to The Advocate story that can be found here.
