Stamford Schools Offer Parents Internet Safety Classes

Two Internet safety sessions, the first hosted by the Roxbury Organization of Parents and Educators and the second by the Springdale Parent Teacher Organization, will be open to all Stamford Public Schools’ families.

Both sessions, which focus on keeping children safe in today’s on-line world, will feature a discussion led by Stamford Police Sgt. Joseph Kennedy.

The first will be held next week on Monday, Feb. 22 at 7:15 p.m. at the Roxbury Elementary School Auditorium, 751 West Hill Rd.

The second will be held the second week in March on Thursday, March 10 at 6:30 p.m. in the Springdale Elementary School Media Center, 1127 Hope St.
