Please join us on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at approximately 11:15 a.m. for the blessing of Long Island Sound!
It is a tradition of the Byzantine Catholic Church to bless a source of "living water" to commemorate Jesus's baptism. Father Gregory Lozinskyy, Pastor of St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Church, Trumbull, CT, will lead the service. You are welcome to witness this annual event and meet Father and some members of our church.
The blessing will take place at Seaside Park, south of the baseball complex near the Cannon Statue.
