3. If you didn't get the chance to go out on Valentine's Day because it was a school night, the Children's Museum of Southeastern Connecticut in Niantic has come up with a wonderful way to help you make this Friday "date night."
Parents can drop off their kids at 6:30 p.m. and go out for dinner and a movie—or just enjoy a little alone time—as their children explore matters of the heart. Kids, who are encouraged to wear red, will dine on pizza with red sauce and learn about the heart and the circulatory system. Pick-up is at 9:30 p.m., cost is $20 for the first child, with siblings half price. Call (860) 691-1111 to register.
4. Today is your last chance to enter to win dinner for two at either Tuscany or or Bar Americain at the Mohegan Sun, and enjoy a night's stay at the casino's hotel. All you have to do is upload a picture of you and your sweetie on Patch's Cutest Couple contest. You just have to do it by 5 p.m. today!
5. A quick reminder: Monday is Presidents' Day, so federal, state, and local government offices are closed, as are schools. Here's hoping you have the day off too! Enjoy the long weekend!
