Driver Airlifted To Hospital After Rollover Crash In Tolland
A road was shut down in Tolland Monday after a serious crash, fire officials said.

TOLLAND, CT — A driver was airlifted to an area hospital after a one-car crash in Tolland Monday afternoon.
Fire Chief John Littell said the accident took place just after 4:30 p.m. near 60 Goose Lane. The vehicle rolled over, he said.
LifeStar helicopter was called to the scene and touched down at 38 Goose Lane, Littell said.

Goose Lane re-opened at about 6:30 p.m., fire officials said.
The extent of the driver's injuries was not immediately known, Littell said. On Monday night, Tolland Town Manager Brian Foley said the driver was conscious and alert before heading for medical care.
