Hicks Stearns Family Museum Begins 2025 Summer Concert Series

It was a wonderful evening at Hicks-Stearns Family Museum of cool, perfectly paced, nostalgic music by Kelsey Kaplan & Kevin Macki! Families, friends and neighbors took a chance, hoping raindrops would not dampen a good time. We won the weather cooperated! ...minus a tiny sprinkle, but the Carriage House was open and ready just in case.

The grant awarded enabled the museum to host five concerts. In addition, the grant helped with the cost of porta potty services and transportation for those that request.

This summer's 2025 concert series is funded by a grant award from the Tolland Greater Together Community Fund by the Hartford Foundation for Public Giving. The evening museum volunteers were Ann Pearson & Merry Garrett. Museum Manager, Beatrice Ramirez.
