Icy Morning, High Winds Leave Hundreds Without Power In Tolland Friday
Tolland Friday had hundreds more outages than any other Eversource town.
TOLLAND, CT — Things seemed a little more icy in Tolland Friday morning compared to most of north central Connecticut. Then the high winds came.
And with it all came down several trees and wires that kept Tolland Fire Department crews busy for most of the morning into the afternoon hours.
At 4:19 p.m., 815 Eversource customers were still being listed as not having power. That was hundreds more than any other town in the state serviced by the utility.

- 147 Shenipsit Lake Road
- Old Stafford Road at Buff Cap Road

- 154 Metcalf Road
- 65 Patricia Drive
- 60 Marbella Lane
- 22 Carter Drive
- Lamont Lane
- Crystal Lake Road
- White Birch Drive
