Popular Author to Visit Tolland Library

TOLLAND, CT — Kristan Higgins, New York Times, USA Today, Wall Street Journal, and Publishers Weekly bestselling American author of humorous contemporary romance, is slated to be at the Tolland Library this coming Friday — Oct. 14 — from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.

She will talk about the writing process, creating a plot and characterization, and the book publishing process.
