Tree Falls On Tolland Car During Overnight Storm
The Tolland Fire Department responded to "an accident involving a car that was hit by a tree" on Crystal Lake Road early Friday.
TOLLAND, CT — The Tolland Fire Department responded to a car that was hit by a falling tree overnight, officials said.
The tree fell onto a car on Crystal Lake Road, and the fire department responded at around 3:30 a.m., according to Tolland Alert.
No injuries were reported, and Tolland Alert said crews were working to remove the tree Friday morning.

A high wind warning was in effect in the Tolland-Windham area overnight Thursday into Friday, and the National Weather Service predicted damaging winds would blow down trees and power lines.
