Tolland Looking To Hire Animal Control Officer

TOLLAND, CT — Tolland officials are looking to hire a part-time animal control officer.

Here is the officials job description:

Tolland seeks applications for position of Animal Control Officer. Duties include: responding to animal complaints, care of animals & maintenance of the Town’s shelter, maintenance of records and issuance of citations in accordance with State laws. Salary is $22.36/hour, up to 20 hours/week. Requirements: High School Diploma, 1 year exp. working with animals and valid CT Drivers License. Excellent Customer Service skills and work in a similar position strongly preferred.
