Tornado Warning Now Cancelled For Hartford/Tolland County: UPDATE
A severe thunderstorm warning has been issued until 5:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service in Boston/Norton has issued a severe thunderstorm warning for central Windham County, Tolland County, and northeastern Hartford County until 5:30 p.m. A tornado warning has been cancelled for the area.
"At 424 PM EDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line extending from Somers to Vernon to East Hartford, moving east at 30 mph.
HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail.

IMPACT...Expect wind damage to trees and power lines. Minor hail damage to vehicles is possible.

Hartford, New Britain, Manchester, East Hartford, Enfield, Glastonbury, Newington, Vernon, Wethersfield, Mansfield, South Windsor, Windham, Willimantic, Southbridge, East Longmeadow,
Ellington, Tolland, Charlton, Coventry and Stafford.
