Sign up to join us for the Fifth Annual Scarecrow Contest! This event will allow your business or organization to express yourself through the creative process of building your own Scarecrow display on Tolland Green. Please register by Friday, September 26, 2025. Click HERE to fill out the registration form. Please see contest rules HERE.Set-up begins on Sunday, September 28th and displays must be taken down by Sunday, October 26th. We will hold a town wide contest for the community to vote on their favorite scarecrows. Competition will be for first place, second place and third place.Community voting on the Scarecrow displays will be conducted via the Town of Tolland website.Questions?
