Nov. 17

SOMERS, CT — Alister Wilson, 44, of Manchester, was charged with third-degree assault, second-degree breach of peace and third-degree strangulation after an incident at Orborn Correctional Institution.

TOLLAND, CT — Chiquita Grant, 39, of Hartford, was charged with sixth-degree larceny following a shoplifting incident at the Big Y supermarket.

TOLLAND, CT — Lashaun Green, 34, Hartford, was charged with third-degree larceny via a warrant.

Nov. 18

STAFFORD, CT — Tyler Kuca, 31, of Stafford, was charged with third-degree criminal mischief and disorderly conduct via a warrant.

MANSFIELD, CT — Dillon Palombizio, 24, of Willimantic, was charged with driving under the influence, and a lane violation following a crash on Warrenville Road.

Nov. 20

MANSFIELD, CT — Elliott Galovich, 18, of East Hampton, was charged following a crash on Route 6 with reckless driving, failure to maintain the proper lane, possession of a cannabis plant when underage, possession of alcohol by a minor on a public highway, second-degree forgery and second-degree reckless endangerment.

ELLINGTON, CT — Jeferson Janczak , 19, of Vernon, was charged via a warrant with first-degree sexual assault and illegal sexual contact with a victim younger than 13.

Nov. 21

TOLLAND, CT — Colton Brown, 26, of Southington, was served a warrant charging him with the illegal sale or delivery of alcohol to a minor, risk of injury to a child and second-degree sexual assault.

Nov. 23

ELLINGTON, CT — Francisco Ramos, 34, of Ellington, was charged with risk of injury to a child, disorderly conduct, interfering with police and possession of a controlled substance following a disturbance on Grant Road.

WILLINGTON, CT — Edwin Olivo, 73, of Meriden, was charged with failure to renew registration, improper use of a marker plate, driving without proper insurance, reckless driving (85 mph-plus), disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in a pursuit, failure to drive in the proper lane, making an improper turn, having an obstructed windshield view, having an illegal window tint and the use of drug paraphernalia after a stop on Interstate 84.
