Nov. 10

TOLLAND, CT — Jose Reynaldo Garcia Arias, 37, of East Hartford, was served a warrant on Nov. 10 charging him with driving while under suspension, reckless driving, disobeying the signal of an officer, engaging police in a pursuit, driving with improper rear lamps, a lane violation, a traffic control signal violation and first-degree reckless endangerment in connection with a pursuit in Willington and Tolland.

Nov. 15

VERNON, CT — Jaime Andre Couloute-Hampton, 45, of Vernon, was charged with driving the wrong way on a one-way street, interfering with police, driving under the influence, driving while under suspension and driving an unregistered vehicle on connection with a stop on Mountain Street.

Nov. 16

SOMERS, CT — John Tschummi, 41, of Somers, was charged with fourth-degree sexual assault via a warrant.
