Vehicle Bashes Into Stone Wall In Tolland

TOLLAND, CT — State police are looking for a vehicle that smashed into a stone wall in Tolland and then fled the scene.

A crash report on the July 15 incident was recently released.

At 10:03 a.m. that day, a vehicle was on Crystal Lake Road, but swerved off the pavement and hit the wall at the corner of Crystal Lake and Tolland Stage roads, according to a crash report.

The vehicle left the scene, but not after knocking several stones out of place and leaving a few parts behind, images from the scene show.

State police are on the lookout for the vehicle.
