State police are waiting to make a special delivery to a driver who ran over a mailbox in Tolland.

TOLLAND, CT — State police are looking for a driver whose car ran over a mailbox in Tolland.
The crash took place at 10:23 a.m. on Sept. 8, state police said.
At that time, an unknown vehicle was heading south on Sugar Hill Road near Williams way when it suddenly veered off the road and ran over the mailbox for No. 19, state police said.
