Keith Norman Scheck, 45, of Old Town Road, Stratford, is charged with driving an unregistered motor vehicle, failing to carry a license, DUI and failure to drive in the proper lane. In a separate incident, Anthony Michael Mincello, 24, of Walker Road, Trumbull, is charged with DUI and failure to drive right. His bond was set at $500 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
