Milagros Rivera, 52, of Carlson Avenue, Bridgeport, is charged with DUI, failure to drive in the proper lane and driving with a suspended license.
Police said Rivera was stopped for erratic driving on Old Town Road at 7:30 a.m. She allegedly had alcohol hidden in a cup.
Her blood-alcohol content was tested at 0.231 and 0.220, nearly three times the legal limit of 0.08.
Her bond was set at $2,500 for an appearance in Bridgeport Superior Court.
