Ecco Italian Tapas & Wine Bar Opens In Trumbull
The opening reportedly was delayed due to the coronavirus.
TRUMBULL, CT — Ecco Italian Tapas & Wine Bar in Trumbull finally opened last week, reportedly delayed in recent weeks due to the coronavirus.
Located in the new Long Hill Market commercial development on Main Street, the restaurant features handmade pastas, brick oven pizzas and antipasti boards, among other Italian fare.
The restaurant was created by area restauranteur Dan Camporeale and his partners, who also own Molto in Fairfield and Spiga in New Canaan, among others.

In recent weeks, several people involved in the business became ill with the omicron variant, which pushed the opening to last week, reported the Connecticut Post.
Currently, Ecco is only open for dinner, but the owners plan to add lunch seatings in the near future.
