Fryborg Reportedly Opening New Restaurant In Trumbull
The popular eatery, which has a location and food truck in Milford, specializes in hand-cut fries with dipping sauces.
TRUMBULL, CT — Fryborg, the popular Milford-based restaurant and food truck, is hoping to open a new location in Trumbull in the spring, reported the Connecticut Post.
Owner Jonathan Gibbons is shooting for a May opening, but the pandemic and supply chain issues might delay the effort.
If all goes well, the new restaurant, which specializes in burgers and hand-cut fries with dipping sauces, will open on Broadway Road in Trumbull, in the location that formerly held Trumbull Pharmacy.
