Intersection Improvement Project Underway In Trumbull

TRUMBULL, CT — The Whitney Avenue and Main Street intersection improvement project is currently underway in Trumbull.

According to the town website, G. Pic & Sons Construction Co. was scheduled to begin work on the project Monday.

The project includes construction of a new traffic signal, continuation of the sidewalk along the east side of Main Street to Broadway, realignment of the driveways adjacent to the intersection and other improvements.

The town anticipates the project will be be completed by December. The road will remain open at this time, however delays may occur at peak hours.
