Virginia Silano, a local animal rescuer, is looking for the owner of a dog found on East Lake Road recently.
The dog was rescued in part 11-year-old Peter McCarthy. "[He] was instrumental in catching this dog before he ended up on Booth Hill Road," Silano said.
