TRUMBULL, CT — After two years of cancellations and modifications, residents in cities and counties across the country are looking forward to many of the traditional Independence Day activities that mark the summer holiday. July 4 is tomorrow, so there’s still time to find out what Fourth of July fireworks and festivities are going on near you in 2022.
We have all the fireworks shows, parades and festivals happening in and around Norwalk so you can start planning now.

What: Trumbull Day 2022, a fun-filled family event with food, vendors, carnival rides and games, children's entertainment, a main stage featuring local bands and fireworks.
When: The event begins Friday, July 1, from 6:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. and continue on Saturday, July 2, from 2 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., closing with a fabulous fireworks display.
What: Fireworks & Concert at HPCC in Orange

When: July 9
What: Fairfield County Bank is sponsoring fireworks on July 9.
Where: Ridgefield High School, 700 North Salem Road. Parking passes are $20 per car, and available at Town Hall, Fairfield County Bank and online here.
When: July 9. Gates open at 6 p.m.
